The B2C/S2C 3.50 series represents the next generation of compact signal connection technology. It combines maximum connection density with industrial robustness and has been specially developed for the field connection of sensor cables up to 1,5 mm². The dual-row design closes the gap between increasing functional requirements and limited installation space in device design.

The 3.50 mm pitch offers a particularly space-saving solution which requires significantly less space than larger pitch sizes, whilst at the same time providing high mechanical stability.

Pitch 3,50 mm (0.138 inches) – BL/SL 3.50 series: Performance in a compact format

Performance is relative: Small grid, large connection cross-section. The single row PCB connector systems of the BL/SL 3.50 series connect high performance with a compact design, thereby striking the ideal balance between miniaturizationand functionality in industrial electronics.

BL-I/O 3.5 – Compact connector solution for decentralised I/O electronics

The BL-I/O 3.5 product family has been specially developed for efficient, space-saving field connections for sensors and actuators. As an extremely compact single- or triple-row female plug with PUSH IN spring connection, it enables secure, tool-free wiring and high connection density in a minimal installation space.

The BC/SC 3.81 series plug-in connectors set new standards in the established market for signal connectors. With a current-carrying capacity of up to 17.5 A at ambient temperatures of up to 65 °C, they offer exceptional performance reserves and connect high robustness with the most comprehensive product line in their class.

The system offers a wide range of applications in wire-to-board, wire-to-wire, board-to-board and board-to-wire applications.
