PCB terminal blocks with flat-blade connections: Traditional single-wire connection for industrial applications

PCB terminal blocks with flat-blade connections (PCF system) offer a flexible, simple and cost-effective solution for quickly connecting pre-assembled cables to the PCB. They combine proven Faston technology with a high current-carrying capacity of up to 24 A (IEC) or 15 A (UL) and guarantee reliable contacts for mains voltages up to 1000 V (IEC) or 300 V (UL).

The terminals are available in three pitch sizes (5.0 / 7.5 / 10,0 mm) and in three wire outlet directions (90° / 135° / 180°), offering both fixed numbers of poles of 2 to 19 terminal lugs and side-by-side variants. They are compatible with 2,8 mm and 6,3 mm flat-blade connectors, and are equally suitable for both insulated and uninsulated conductors.

Thanks to their user-friendly design and robust connection system, flat-blade connectors are ideal for applications where cables need to be connected to the PCB quickly, securely and cost-effectively – the perfect solution for simple industrial connections.

Flat-blade connection – The simple and tried-and-tested Faston solution for PCBs

Components that have been tried and tested billions of times, are internationally recognised and are completely maintenance-free

The flat-blade connection is the traditional and cost-effective solution for single-wire connections in the world of printed circuit boards. It enables quick, easy and secure connection of pre-assembled cables, making it ideal for applications where straightforward and cost-effective connection is a priority.

PCB terminal blocks with flat-blade connections support high current-carrying capacities of up to 24 A (IEC) and offer flexible application options thanks to various pitch sizes ranging from 5.0 to 10,0 mm, as well as different outlet directions. Compatibility with standard flat-blade connectors (2,8 mm and 6,3 mm), as well as designs for both insulated and uninsulated variants, ensure maximum versatility in industrial equipment.

  • Proven Faston technology for simple and cost-effective PCB connections
  • High current-carrying capacity of up to 24 A (IEC) for high-power applications
  • Flexible pitches ranging from 5.0 to 10,0 mm to suit different design requirements
  • Compatible with 2,8 mm and 6,3 mm flat-blade connectors (insulated and uninsulated)
  • Quick connection of pre-assembled cables for efficient installation processes
